The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Manager (COO) to lead the day-to-day running of the charity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-today operations
  • Ensure compliance (GDPR, safeguarding)
  • Represent the charity at events
  • Manage social media presence
  • Support fundraising activities
  • Work with the board

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in operations or leadership
  • Strong organisation and problem solving
  • Confident communicator
  • Fundraising experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing to travel
